i just finished watching the first 9 episodes (because that’s all there is atm) and i have to say it’s.. not as great as the original.

it’s not BAD. in fact, there are a couple of things i like better. like Hisoka’s pornographic voice.

now that i’m on THAT topic, SRSLY. His new voice actor sounds wayyyyy better. there’s no pedo grandpa slur. lawl, iuno how else to describe his old voice.

There was one scene… you remember the one where during the first exam after running the neverending marathon? in the jungle, and hisoka picks a fight with leorio and kurapika and gon helps out by hitting hisoka in the face with his fishing rod?

DOES HISOKA PUNCH GON IN THE FACE? in the original? because i dun remember =S

well, point is, he doesn’t in the new one. Instead he grabs gon by the throat and frigging whispers to him in the most pornographic voice i have ever heard in mai life *__*

hisoka: *to gon* yesss, yeeeesssss!! keep making that face!! keep making that beautiful faceeeee!!! *insert porno face*

gon: ugfh! *choke*pantpantpantpatn*

hisoka: now there’s a good boy *insert pedo face*

That was the only scene/character i enjoyed more than in the original.

everything else was 3 times faster and less developed.

And i dun realleh like how kurapika looks more like a girl in the new eps. his eyes aren’t as pretty either :’(

ooh, another thing i like more is the opening and ending themes

i prefer the ending theme though.. even if it’s a, uhh.. techno-screamo? XDDD

Creep Encounter

i will first mention that my encounter was far less creepy compared to hers.

..but i was in year 7.

so in my head it was still super creepy on my creep-o-meter.

Okay, getting started now

You guys remember how in year 7, MLC kinda threatened us to do 2 semesters of sport?

well, i put it off till term 3 because weekend sport seriously sucks majorahem.. and ended up doing netball. in team 24 or whichever was the lowest level team (WITH YOU GINA, but i didn’t know you back then, so i was basically on my lonesome) XDD

There was one week.. after a game with i-forget-which-school. Our coach.. which i also have forgotten the name of XDD she was driving me home. except driving me home turned into driving me to strathfield station… which turned into driving me to NEAR strathfield station.

We got lost okay? D: not my fault my map reading and directional skills are appalling.

We somehow drove to Homebush station, and i figured that i was being a huge nuisance because coach really didn’t have to drive me anywhere. She was nice enough to take meh to a station, so i told her Homebush station would be fine.

I’m kinda off track now because most of this is irrelevant XDDD

The important bit comes in when i’m on the train. And it stops at Lidcombe.

I should probably also note that i’m wearing my MLC sports uniform. complete with insanely-short-skort.

Mine was REALLY short. i think it’s cuz i hit puberty somewhere between the end of year 6-when i bought the size XS skort with my mum, and term 3-when it no longer fit on my hips anymore and instead had to wear it higher up around my waist.

Okay, so i’m at Lidcombe and the train is for the most part empty. because it’s an all stops -__-,

There is literally one other person sitting with me (in the upstairs part of the train.. because i used to always sit upstairs >__<).

But another guy walks up, and takes a seat directly behind me. He’s this middle-aged.. middle eastern/indian guy with a turban. not sure which ethnicity exactly. but he had a realleh gross curly beard T_T

For convenience:

GUY#1 is the guy who was already on the train with me

GUY#2 is the one that just got on the train

Not even a minute after the train leaves the station, GUY#1 yells: “hey, stop looking at her legs”

and i got off that train because when a 12-year-old hears that a potential terrorist-pedophile is looking at her legs, it’s creepy T_T

i can’t believe i just wrote a few hundred words just to say: i was wearing a short skirt when i was twelve and a creepy old man sat behind me to look at my legs before bystander interrupted his little fantasy -__-,

i need to cut back on writing needless backstories.

 

 

 

 

pain in the butt

but not really.

pain in my mouth X)

scratch that last happy face. not happy X(

last week my the back of my mouth (back tooth-ish sort of area) started aching.. and i get that every couple of months so i wrote it off as an ulcer.

but nooooo. it kept on hurting. it hurt all the way through my math exam, and the rest of the week.

this morning it was throbbing so badly, i went to see the dodgy dentist across the street from mai mum’s office. i mean, it’s kind of behind a butchery >__>;;

and it was run by a middle-eastern/indian/ukrainian(or german or.. lithuanian.. or iuno what sort, but some kind of european) trio. and iuno.. it’s always awkward (at least it is for me) when you see a doctor or optometrist or DENTIST that is going to look inside your mouth and isn’t the same race as you..?

anyway, trip was worth it because i am in significantly less pain. even if i’m $80 poorer, and it hurt like hell when she had the tube sticking into my mouth, and i bled all over the sink when i was rinsing.

THANK YOU WISDOM TEETH FOR PICKING THE BESTEST TIME EVER TO START PRODDING AT ME DAMN YOU.

i mean. creepy hybrid cyclops-abominablesnowman-gnome is all, like, leaning over the toilet stall watching you pee. and when you ask for help from fat-lady-from-the-MLC-studies-office-lookalike-sitting-at-the-reception-desk (DUN ASK WHY THERE’S EVEN A RECEPTION DESK IN THE BATHROOM BECAUSE IDK. JUST IDK) she holds him up fer like, 20 seconds.

cuz now i’ve only got a 20 second head-start on mr.freakeh-lookin’-cyclops-dude. who is blue btw (not particularly important).

now, i want to get to the 9th floor. because my class is on the 9th floor and there are people there. lots and lots of people there.

currently: i’m stuck on level 5 -_-

back to where i left off from the bathroom scene: i’m RUNNING because cyclops had his face set to goofy-pedophile like 8 )

(not that’s he’s ever changed it).

i get to a set of elevators and i decide that i can’t wait for one of them to come down to me because cyclops runs retardedly fast for something so short and round and hairy and blue.

for some reason, i decide that i’m being completely smart by taking the fire escape stairs DOWN to level 4 because IN MY MIND he totally knew i wanted to get to the 9th floor >_____>”

it only hits me now that that was dumb

on level 4, i come out of the fire escape and i head toward the lifts (because again, IN MY MIND cyclops is lookin’ fer me upstairs somewhere).

BUT GUESS WHO FLIPPING WALKS OUT OF THE ELEVATOR ALL

i think i make it to lvl.7 when i get srsly tired because i am way wayyy under-exercised.

and then i wake up.

i think i need to either stop bumping into cute physics guy..

today i decided that i felt like going home.

i make it to the automatic doors and i think it should be noted that today was a very sunny day XD

and the red centre is a dark gloomy place on the inside.

because when those doors slid open, the frigging sun was shining from behind him and it was like he was being surrounded by a super bright halo and cuuuueeeee just as glorious smile and blahakjsfnaowl. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR. WALKING THROUGH THOSE DOORS ALL GLOWING AND SLOW-MOTION-LIKE D:
